Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy governs cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on the Louver Studio website ("Platform"), operated by 1000 Acrevest Technologies Pvt Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us or using the cancellation option in your account, if available. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this Policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and to refund any amount paid.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must:
- be reported to us within 2 days of delivery;
- be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
- include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- customized, made-to-order, or personalized products;
- clearance or final-sale items; and
- items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges, at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- contact us at info@louverstudio.com with your order ID and reason for return;
- await confirmation and return instructions from our team;
- pack the item securely in its original packaging; and
- hand it over for pickup or dispatch it as instructed.
We aim to acknowledge return requests within 2 business days.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Where applicable, refunds may be offered as store credit if you prefer, subject to your consent.
8. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we bear the return shipping cost. For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, the return shipping cost may be borne by you, as communicated at the time of return approval.
9. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant, size, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order, subject to availability.
10. Failed or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund within the stated timeline, first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist in tracing the transaction with Razorpay.
